Points can only be redeemed at approved partners and within the Apurva App for Subscription purposes. Points are always accrued in whole numbers; no fractional points will be awarded.
Subscription denotes the merchant can have access to the entire directory of customers, wholesalers, and suppliers from the Apurva Rewardz network for the purpose of assigning and collecting reward points from customers. Subscriptions are neither refundable nor transferable.
Apurva grants rights to the merchant to accept or decline the coupons earned by the customers. Coupons earned via Apurva cannot be refunded or transferred. Once utilized, a coupon is marked as "used" and cannot be re-used or split into partial balances for another transaction.
Apurva reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program, coupons, or offers without prior notice.
During the registration process, Apurva may collect personal details such as name, email, phone number, and browsing habits.
Individuals declared incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are not eligible to use the App.
Apurva grants limited, non-transferable access to its app for personal use. Resale, duplication, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Users must maintain current and accurate account information. By registering, users agree to receive promotional communications.
Product prices may fluctuate based on market conditions. In case of discrepancies, the billing price at the time of delivery will apply.
Merchants may cancel their orders before the cut-off time, with refunds issued accordingly. Apurva may cancel orders at its discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Merchants must use the app lawfully and provide accurate information. Misuse or providing false information may result in termination of services. Users must not:
Apurva may modify the terms and conditions at any time, and users must regularly review updates. Continued use of the app constitutes agreement with modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by Indian law, with disputes settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts in Madurai have exclusive jurisdiction.
By submitting comments or feedback, users grant Apurva all rights to use, reproduce, and modify the content without compensation. Apurva reserves the right to monitor or remove content if necessary.
