1. Overview & Definitions

• "Apurva Membership Account" or "Apurva Membership" refers to the unique account created for each member using their 10-digit mobile number during enrolment in the Apurva program (either online or offline). This account is where the Apurva App containing Rewardz Points, Products, and Services can be accessed.
• "Apurva Rewardz Network" refers to all the partners within Apurva, such as shops, stores and other entities participating in the program, whether online or offline.
• "Apurva Rewardz Partner" means any entity in agreement with Apurva where merchants can assign points and collect the redeemed points from customers.
• "Redemption" refers to the process of exchanging Apurva Rewardz Points for Subscription, goods or services at the Apurva Rewardz Network.

Points can only be redeemed at approved partners and within the Apurva App for Subscription purposes. Points are always accrued in whole numbers; no fractional points will be awarded.

2. Subscription

Subscription denotes the merchant can have access to the entire directory of customers, wholesalers, and suppliers from the Apurva Rewardz network for the purpose of assigning and collecting reward points from customers. Subscriptions are neither refundable nor transferable.

3. Coupons & Acceptance of Usage

Apurva grants rights to the merchant to accept or decline the coupons earned by the customers. Coupons earned via Apurva cannot be refunded or transferred. Once utilized, a coupon is marked as "used" and cannot be re-used or split into partial balances for another transaction.

4. Modifications & Changes

Apurva reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program, coupons, or offers without prior notice.

5. Services Overview

During the registration process, Apurva may collect personal details such as name, email, phone number, and browsing habits.

6. Eligibility

Individuals declared incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are not eligible to use the App.

7. License & App Access

Apurva grants limited, non-transferable access to its app for personal use. Resale, duplication, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

8. Account & Registration Obligations

Users must maintain current and accurate account information. By registering, users agree to receive promotional communications.

9. Pricing

Product prices may fluctuate based on market conditions. In case of discrepancies, the billing price at the time of delivery will apply.

10. Cancellation Policy

Merchants may cancel their orders before the cut-off time, with refunds issued accordingly. Apurva may cancel orders at its discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

• Merchants shall pay the subscription dues as per the agreed timeline to Apurva or to the loan partner (if applicable).
• In case of non-payment of dues on or before the due date, the merchant authorises Apurva to withhold collections from customers to settle subscription dues.
• The merchant agrees to pay for reward points purchased from the Apurva App.
• Merchants have the right to return reward points if they are not used in the future or at the time of closing the account from the network. Apurva offers a no-questions-asked policy on returned reward points. Returned reward points and related balances are credited to the respective account.

12. User Conduct

Merchants must use the app lawfully and provide accurate information. Misuse or providing false information may result in termination of services. Users must not:

• Disseminate objectionable content
• Gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with others' use of the app
• Violate any applicable laws

13. Modifications to Terms

Apurva may modify the terms and conditions at any time, and users must regularly review updates. Continued use of the app constitutes agreement with modified terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by Indian law, with disputes settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts in Madurai have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Reviews & Feedback

By submitting comments or feedback, users grant Apurva all rights to use, reproduce, and modify the content without compensation. Apurva reserves the right to monitor or remove content if necessary.

16. Copyright & Trademark

All content, including trademarks and intellectual property rights, is owned by Apurva and its affiliates. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
