1. Order Cancellation

  • Requesting a Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
  • After 4 Hours: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as Subscription Fees, are not eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent).
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

4. Exchanges
